Complaint Review: Frontier

Frontier Frontier welcome to the new frontier I've tried canceling the account and continue to get billed. No responses to email and cannot get in touch via phone or chat Rochester, New York

After frontier took over for verizon DSL, I've had nothing but problems. It started with performance problems and outages. Next, the online payment service stopped working and never to my knowledge worked again.

I've contacted them numerous times to pay my bill. I finally sent a check. I also tried to contact them to cancel my service (August 13th) and have not been able to reach anyone via phone or get a response over email.

I continue to receive bills and have current charges of $191.67. I believe this is affecting my credit already. I've have had the equipment disconnected since August when I changed service.

I tried all of the phone numbers on the website and bill today and get a recording stating "we are unable to process your call at this time...."

How do I stop being billed and affecting my credit with this?
