Frontier Homes Juniper Springs breach of contract for new homes 7 month delay for move in Hesperia California
Do not purchase a new home from Frontier Homes in the high desert of Hesperia or Victorville, Ca. They mislead you to believe that you willbe moving in by a certain date but then they keep delaying move in month after month and they never inform you about the delays, so you're all packed and ready to move and your house hasn't even been started yet! No letter, no phone call, nothing! But they do finally call to tell you they want their money for your upgrades. I would never advise anyone I know or don't know to deal with this home builder. I never would have bought a house from them had I know it would take 7 months after when they promised to finally finish the house. They never compensate you for your losses either. Terrible customer service. They always play the blame game.
