Complaint Review: Frontier Phamacies

I noticed a charge on my credit card I thought was a shopping channel bill split up between months at the 3rd month I was suspicious of this charge named BFLpay.com there was no number to call on the statement I had to call my bank to get it, I did not authorize any charge from them and I never received any medications
I called the number which was continuously busy, I final got a voice mail to hold I did and I was hung up on, I called back and again I kept getting a busy signal finaly after a few more wasted minutes I got through the bogus smoke screen and talked to someone I informed them that someone had made an unauthorized charge on my card not once but 3 times.

I could not understand the person who was helping me the first time so I again kept calling until I got through I spoke to a lady who explained who had made the charge and what it was for I told her I did not authorize this at all she said that the charge would be removed I was charged 3 times at a rate of $19.95 a month under false pretense did she mean the last charge would be removed or all three? I guess I will have to wait to find out!
