I decided to use Frontier Pharmacies for my medication needs. Advertised on their website is free overnight shipping, free 100 multivitamins, and a free gift from them.

The first time I shopped their store I waited more than two weeks to recieve my medication, I did not get my free multivitamins but I did recieve a free mousepad. I thought that maybe this was a fluke.

So, the second time I ordered my meds I put down the Rx number that they had given me on my box of medications, thinking that this would expedite the delivery of my medications. This did not happen. I was charged the 19.95 for processing and was sent a pill box. I e-mailed them twice. I have not gotten a response. I have tried calling and they have a busy signal every time.

I have no idea where my meds are. So, basically I bought a 20 dollar pill box!

membership charges begin 1 month after the order for medication is placed

When placing an order for medication through FrontierPharmacies.com you are charged an order processing fee of $19.95 which is non-refundable, you are also enrolled in a membership to directrxdiscount.com and in order to submit an order for medication you have to agree to both the processing fee and membership.

All of this is explained on the website as well as via email, the membership charges begin 1 month after the order for medication is placed, so in that one month you have time to check out the membership website to see if it fits your needs and if it doesn't you can cancel your membership through the membership website or by contacting customer service via telephone.

As far as the order for medication, the reason we ask for your Primary Care Physician's name and contact information is because all medication dispensed by the pharmacy must be authorized by the customer's Primary Care Physician. FrontierPharmacies.com and its affiliates do not have online doctors or questionnaire's to obtain prescription medication, that practice is deemed illegal by the FDA and DEA. We contact the customer's doctor with a prescription request and that doctor needs to sign off on that request before the medication can be shipped.

We encourage anyone who places an order and feels they have been wrongly charged to please contact FrontierPharmacies.com customer service number at 866-385-5090 or G&G Services at 866-384-0667 Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm EST.

FrontierPharmacies.com, Charged My Credit Card Without Consent!

I finally got my medication, about 2 weeks after I ordered it! I swore I would never have to deal with them again....fast forward to this month...those guys charged my credit card and my debit card for a purchase that I never authorized! So, now, I am writing e-mails and reporting them to the bank.

I tried calling the company personally but they put me on hold for a very long time and hung up on me! I didn't even get to talk to a real person!

This may take a while guys!
