Complaint Review: Frontier Pharmacies

I finally realized the $20.95/mo charge after looking back 4 statements. It was my wifes account and she had no idea. I called the 800 number for lsm5-us-pay.com and they directed me to frontierpharmacies.com.
I called their CS (number on web site) and requested a cancellation of a subscription she did not know about. I also requested a refund to my wife's account for 3 out of 4 months since my wife made a purchase.

They sent me an email confirmation for both the canellation and they refund request. 3 days later, there was $62.85 in the account from lsm5-us-pay.com. Complete refund!!! No hoops or run arounds!!!!
