Frontier Pharmacies fraudulent billing Ripoff Cooper City Florida
Noticed a monthly charge on my credit card bill from LSM5-us-pay.com and called to fid out what it was. Turns out it is Frontier Pharmacies. I don't recall ever ordering any drugs online, other than pet medications (not from this website however). If I did order something, I certainly never received it. Also definitely did not sign up for a membership. I've contacted them asking for documentation of any orders placed and demanding a refund of all monthly fees. Also cancelled my so-called "membership."
