Complaint Review: Frontier Pharmacies

I placed an order with this so called online pharmacy. It states on their web site:

When you place an order you will receive the lowest prescription prices you can find on the Internet.
Upon Credit card approval, a case manager will be assigned to process your order. The case manager will contact the physician you provided in the medical questionnaire to request the medication you selected. It is imperative that the physicians contact information is accurate to avoid any delays in processing your order.
Once we receive approval from your physician, your medication will be shipped to you overnight.

Your order will consist of two separate transactions. A non-refundable $19.95 processing fee will be billed to your credit card at the time your order is submitted. The cost of the medication will only be billed at the time your prescription has been approved by your physician and the medication has been shipped. Any refills that are part of your order will be billed at the advertised sale price and no processing fee will apply.

I have not recieved any emails, phone calls, or my order from these people. I have tried to call their customer service number and no one ever comes to the phone. My card has been billed for the last 3 months. I cannot get these people to cancel my account. I hve emailed them, andtried to call them to no avail !. They are just sucking money out of my account. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company. the whole entire thing is a scam!!!!
