Attempted to order, never received any goods, company continued to bill my credit card. After 4 months, attempted to contact and was given numerous different numbers and always placed on hold. They billed me for about $100.00 in $20.00 increments. The only way I was able stop it was to contact the credit card company, they attempted to block it and they couldn't do it either. They needed to close my one account and re-open a new one for me. This seemed to be the most efficient way to deal with this. Filing a billing dispute is too time consuming, and I believe Frontier wants that since it delays stopping them.
