Complaint Review: Frontier Pharmacy - Keene Enterprises - Bfiti - Bflpay

Do not ever order from these websites listed!! You may be dead before the meds actually get delivered. I have always ordered off internet, never questioned things like this, makes me think twice. These companies have given a bad rap to all the other internet pharms. Shame on these crooks! They are probably putting the tile roof on their vacation home overseas with all of our non refundable $20.00 that we have given. Tisk-Tisk

I am the person that said I have been dealing with this company since January & have never had an issue. I am reading on here that hundreds & thousands of people are being ripped off & I just can't understand how this is going on. They can't possibly just pick certain names & decide that these are the people they are going to deal with.

I also recieve a monthly membership charge on my credit card from the company, they have also given refunds if an order was supposed to be delivered on say, a Saturday, and it didn't get delivered until Monday. I don't have health insurance & this company costs less for all 8 of my prescriptions than it would cost me to buy 1 of my meds from my pharmacy.

I just cannot agree with the rest of the people on this site, I have spoken with too many of the employees there, even the pharmacist, if they weren't legit, they wouldn't have you on the phone with the pharmacist. Most of my medicines are for 30 days & come in the bottle from the company that they are made by, so I couldn't even say that this company was giving me fake drugs since they charge less money.

Maybe try having your family doctor give them a call, they do have a special button you can push on their line if you are a doctor, also on my 1st email, I had put the wrong #, their phone # is 877-434-3329. Members press #1 & doctors press #2. I just can't imagine so many people having such a problem with a company that has gone out of their way to get my medications to me in a timely manner & is always friendly & helpful.

I read the response about someone dealing with Frontier Pharmacies for a long time now with no problem. How could this be when hundreds and hundreds of people are filing fraud charges?

The problem is LSM5-us-pay is charging a 19/95 or in my case 20.95 per month fee on the credit card or debit card regardless of whether an order is placed or not. In my case, the website crashed when trying to process the order and gave a cryptic error message about not being able to process any information (SQL sometimes does that, or ASP, or whatever it is they use on their websites, when they link incorrectly codewise to their database for error checking forms and processing forms for accuracy in order to properly generate the correct HTML code to display -- like the order number or tracking number, or in any case, a confirmation of some kind that it worked).

Therefore, I didn't even get to the stage of seeing if they got my info, yet despite the error code, and I know my doctor office is very good at receiving phone calls and handling online pharmacies, they got my credit card number and began billing it under "LSM5-us-pay" AT 20.95, EVEN THOUGH on the Frontier Pharmacies page they stated it would appear as "CARD33.com" (A lie).

Most people report being charged 19.95 under LSM5-us-pay but I was charged 20.95 and that would go on and on for months if I didn't notice their sneaky scam. I called them and forced them to refund it, and surprise, Frontier Pharmacies emails me and said literally "YOUR MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CANCELLED" so their crap about not having memberships is a lie, too.

They are scum!

I have been dealing with Frontier Pharmacies to recieve my medications online since January 2006. They call, fax & verify prescriptions with my doctor & I have never had an issue with the company. They have always sent all of my medications & sent them on time.

The only problem I had when dealing with this company was actually with MY doctors reception staff & him not getting faxes or messages from the pharmacy. Maybe calling your actual doctors office would be helpful in getting business done with this company. 90% of the time when I call the pharmacy, I get an answer & have even talked to the actual pharmacist & not a representative. I, as one of thier clients wanted to stand up for this business which is & has been legitimate for the last year when it came to dealing with my issues. The easiest phone # to use is 877-434-2239. I have never had an issue with this business, I live & work in New Jersey & have no association other than being a client.

I was about to to go out and punch someone out over my online med order from what I thought was Frontier Pharmacy.
Upon further investigation, I discovered that frontierpharmacy.com is a veterinarian in San Antonio, Texas.

Today, I called my CC company to get my money back only to discover that they (Frontier Pharmacies NOT Frontier Pharmacy) have billed me TODAY for the amount of the prescription.

It was a month ago when I made the original purchase. The $19.95 they charged initially was a "Registration Fee". I suppose it's a one time charge. If all this is legitimate, then it's less expensive than a doctor's visit. The medication is less expensive than I can get it locally.

For now, I'll have to wait and see if the medication actually comes in.

So, to summarize this, please do not confuse Frontier Pharmacy with Frontier Pharmacies.

I'm just 28 miles from Frontier Pharmacy and over a thousand miles from Frontier Pharmacies.

Frontier Pharmacy is a legitimate veterinarian here in San Antonio.

FrontierPharmacies.com is the one you are talking about

FrontierPharmacy.com is now history because of the confusion and the bad publicity.

Hey there, I too am a victim of Frontier Pharmacy, Weston Fl. I have just filed a report with ripoffreport.com, canceled my card, and filed a report with Bank of America. On their website they have a Trade seal on the bottom left corner of the page, it has the pharmacy's liscense number, along with the pharmacists name and her liscense number. This may come in handy if you decide to report them to the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Good luck!!

Frontier Pharmacies is one of the worst violators out there in the internet pharmacy world. Just check this site for all the listings! Like myself, I didn't look at this site before I ordered from another company. Here is other info which may be helpful.
