Complaint Review: Frontier Pharmacy

Frontier Pharmacies poses as a legitimate business. They offer you a discount of your legitimate prescriptions. They are sure to tell you about their order processing fee of $19.95 per order. That's just where the fun begins.

Once they have your credit card information, they bill you once a month, even if you don't order, a $20.95 "membership fee". In my case, my wife NEVER RECIEVED HER MEDICATION. Until recently, the fee had gone unnoticed (her credit card).

I called the number on my statement (billed as LSM5-us-pay.com 866-221-5391). I was then informed that they were simply a billing agent for Frontier Pharmacies and this charge was a "membership fee". The customer service rep quickly stated that she would have the money refunded (we'll see) and stop Frontier from billing future installments.

No matter what the rebuttal said (posted 5/2006 by an employee of Frontier), their practices are unethical to say the least. Beware. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
