FRONTIER PHARMACY, USMEDCENTER.COM Charged my acct.19.95 and then took money for item ordered 5-2-07 and still says being processed but not shipped SARASOTA Florida

I filled out thier application and was automatically billed 19.95 for processing fee on 5-2-07. Five days later was billed for item ordered. Check thier site and it say "order being processed". A call on 5-16-07 I was told item would ship on 5-17 or 5-18 to no avail. Was told to talk to the pharmisist for exact info but no one has ever answered the 877-434-3329 number given, nor have thet answered any e-mails sent to cancel the RX membership they will bill your account 19.95 monthly. How can a company stay in business by knowingly taking money for items never to be sent. Just wish I had read the Rip-Off Reports first about them. Does any one know how to go about refunds from them?
