It appears that a report filed on this entity frontier Pols in Humble by a person named Sherry, in Houston, may have some validity as I have had a similar problem where as after giving Bobby a sum of cash I still do not have a pool. I am in the process of filing suit against this organization and would advise caution when doing business with them. I will update this report after discovery and any possible legal proceedings I have to endure.....I will get my money back , a pool erected or I will see to it that they are out of business for the good of the public

Your pool was delivered to your home. Your parts were delivered to your home. The distributor made an error on the railing, however, the pool was there, the steps, the accessories, everything you ordered was delivered to your property. The installation was not collected on, neither was it performed due to the rail part that was pending from the manufacturer. You paid for your pool and accessories and you received them. We have record of it. You stated that your home was severely damaged by Hurricane Ike, and that everything that you owned was gone. Everything. You also claimed that you had no insurance. We tried to get a refund for you from the manufacturer, but they did not approve it because you received the product. There was nothing to return or exchange - nothing. Now you would like to sue us. I am looking at your comment on here, and really cannot believe it. You admitted that you knew nothing could be done. You suffered a loss from the storm, now you want us to pay for it.
Fortunately, i keep good records. If you continue your pursuit to court, i will see you there with your file.
