As of yesterday there were a minimum of 75 complaints, the tip of the ice berg. Nobody, however, bothered to do anything about these guys, except whining.

I filed a criminal complaint against Frontierpharmacies with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Jacksonville. Agent Delacourt handles the matter. The FBI was very much interested.

Interestingly enough when I mentioned that pay.com - the conduit for their money capers - is located in Cyprus, he told me that Cyprus is one of the haven for money lounderers.

The basis for the complaint is this: RICO, a pattern of predicate acts of wire fraud within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. 1343 committed in actions affecting interstate commerce (money transfer). He seemed to distinguish between credit card and debit card use, don't know why. Either way it is wire fraud.

If you want to add to the complaint, search FBI, Jacksonville, and it will give you the telephone number. Ask for the agent or file a complaint by phone.

Do not contact FBI Jacksonville as this individual suggested. They will only refer you to the FBI website to log in an internet complaint. Again, do not contact FBI Jacksonville.
