I received a letter and a check for $3600.00 stating we had been chosen to "mystery" shop at walmart or Jc Penny and one hotel. Three hundred of the dollars was ours to keep to go through orientation (which lasted about two minutes on the phone, and the person answered the phone "hello" no company name when I phoned. $200.00 was to be used to secret shop at Walmart or JC Penny, $ 150.00 was to be used to stay at a hotel and secret shop there.l $2950.00 was to be sent to Western Union to "mystery shop" their service, to see how secure it was. OH and of course from here out I would be paid the sum of $ 600.00 per week for being a mystery shopper. I called the number and spoke to Keith but the letter is signed by Wagner Sperling (manager of human resources).

I knew this was too good to be true. The check is drawn off of Magna Powertrain account, Keith couldn't tell me who they were! It also has STT Technologies INc on it the chek is payable through the bank of NOVA SCOTIA 1 Liberty Plaza NY NY 10006. I am sure the account doens't even exist.

I called "Keith" back to let him know there were 29 SNOPE reports of fraud about such action and he had never heard of the site nor was it a scam. HAH! HAH! I say.

Thank God for Snopes!!!!!

BUrning the check right now!
