Complaint Review: Frontline Focus Kristi Woolley

I was solicited to work for this company in February.  They contacted me through Shadow Shoppers.  I am a very experienced mystery shopper and didn't realize that this could be a scam.  The girls on the phone are very pleasant and seem sincere.  In fact they told me to never put any money up front for a Mystery Shopping organization.  I have done three Pizza Hut assignments, none of which I have been paid for.  They told me six to eight weeks but it's not ten weeks and no pay!  They totally ignore emails.  I have now threatened to go to the head offices of Pizza Hut, etc. and report them.  I gave them two days to respond and so far nothing has happened.  I will NEVER do another job for them.  Live and learn.
