Attempted order product from website (vydox).  Rejected due to debit card wanted credit card.  Called back immediately and order taken for one bottle at $42.00.  Never sent.  tracked charge from Debit to Frontline Mobilty.  Called refered to customer service at Premium Nutracueticals.  CS rep could not find my order and tried to say I was several different people.  Only upon me giving my former address She "suddenly" discovered the shipment sent 01/02/20126 but since my call was more than 30 days after order of 12/29/2015 she said I was not entitiled to a refund.  How could I ask for a refund if I had never recieved product?  She want on to give me  22 tracking number to speak to Post Office about.

Now moved to another nearby address in Feb and have been ripped off.  There is a running account with BBB of Georgia about this company.  K from Ocala Unhappy Customer 100
