I worked for them in December 2015 and I really needed to make some extra money for the
Holidays. I had several promotions I could have worked for and got paid sooner, but the Team
Lead for FrontRow ( Heather Mason ) said that we would be paid on the 19th of December after working 2 weekends, I have the e-mail she sent me with all that information full of lies.
Well I nerve go either of my paycheck before Christmas, they owed me 2. They sent my first check to an old address I NEVER gave them. I did not get any money for Christmas to buy my grandkids presents and they DID NOT CARE. As with any company you have to fill out all kinds of paperwork which had my address on every paper I turned in. When I did finally get a hold of payroll (extremely difficult) the lady over payroll griped me out saying it Was my fault that I did not update my employee file with a new address (HUH?) and was so So rude.
My address is on every one of the onboarding paperwork for employment that I turned in to them .
I did NOT KNOW that it would be FrontRow paying us, I was hired my MOSIAC another merchandising company which I had nerve worked for before. If I had known it was FRONTROW I would have NEVER NEVER took that job.
The team lead ( Heather Mason ) said that my second check would be direct deposited on the 2nd of January 2015, and I turned in the paper work to have it direct deposited. They never deposited it in my account and when I called and called and finally got back with me and said they don’t do direct deposite (WHAT? )
Then why did the Team Lead tells us they did and send us the paperwork for direct deposite?
