Have you ever worked for a company that releases as many new hires that they hire in one month? Well, welcome to Frost & Sullivan.

Granted Texas is a right to work state, however, at Frost and Sullivan, the reps sit in their "bull-pen" having a shared database, with 8 different business units, each stepping on one another's toes, rather than bundling their business units sevices and research.

F&S Management believes in pounding to death the contacts from that shared database, and cutting throats to obtain the prospects budget on research by business unit, rather than as a team. So, clients out there that are called frequent from F&S now you understand why. Its like a shark tank with each rep feeding on the pray of the other rep's contact, rather than as a team of business units, bundling offerings.

Check with the local unemployment office and see how many candidates they eliminate annually, quarterly and semi-annually, you will be amazed with how they abuse the right to work status of Texas.
