Beware of this company located in Blaine. They driver around late at night and tow vehicles that are parked legally. The driver only drives with his driving lights on so he is more hidden. They tow cars and say they were parked elsewhere. They can do 10 a night and make $200 per tow.

Once your vehicle is gone it's their word against yours. I worked for them and this is their whole plan. Owners of townhome associations are in on it too because they get a percentage of the profit.

I have a permit on my car to park in my apartment complex and they still towed me. Claiming I took the permit and it wasn't mine.

..so can you post any documentation? What would work great...is a picture of this company towing a vehicle from a legal spot. This way it is not their word against yours..but catching them red handed. Surely since you notice them driving around with the driving lights on towing 10 a night..you can catch them in the act one of these times??

Now whose vehicles are they towing from the townhouse? Surely only the owners and their guests are allowed to park there. Why would they have their own vehicles, or their guests vehicles towed for profit? How would the association make a profit from this if it is their cars being towed?

And if it is their quests cars being towed and the association is in on it to profit..I would hope the quests are confronting the homeowners about this..

Park legally, or you get towed bottom line. Unless this association allows parking only for the intent to make a profit from towing. This would require some form of proof or it is a very difficult report to  believe.
