Seven months ago I started this process. Fruehauf's ordered some very expensive slings for outdoor chairs for me expecting full payment up front. When they arrived, they weren't the part number I gave them & the slings didn't fit. They reordered the correct items (now 5 months & well into nice weather) also new arms for all chairs. Salesman Sean Beeson also instructed the person I hired to paint & fix & install the outdoor set to "Boil ring to make it stretch around newly painted table". It ruined the ring forcing us to another repair store quite a long distance away who fixed the table ring for additional $100.
For the last few months they will not return our calls multiple times (I do have records of all of this). Lied to us numerous occasions saying the order has been shipped from manufacturer and now the last two days saying they will hand deliver the arms to the house since they know their service has been bad. They never bothering to call when they "don't make it" both times. I did call and finally reached the Manager and asked if she had information. She said once again they would call on Monday. I asked if the arms purchase cost could be refunded if need be to go somewhere else and to promise to call me on Monday. I again stated I needed the arms for the chairs to be usable. Today, the manager Mariah Naydew just called and says they've cancel order (previously couldn't find?) No apology and said to go elsewhere.
So now I have chairs with expensive slings (they had the money from the start) and no arms so chairs useless and they refunded money for arms only (I'm waiting to see on next statement if this really was done). They promised verbally they would have the entire order in and it never happened and now not providing the full order which is needed to use the chairs properly. They will not return calls, they will not tell truth and I am left without the promised order that started 7 months ago. Financially I am out the $100 to repair damage from information given to fix chair, I've bought new slings that cannot be used on chairs that have no arms, made a dozen trips to their store (another town)...wasting gas and my time and not so much as an appology for their very very poor customer service.
