frugalooie Sold me Defective Product Purposley and Kept my money Buford Georgia
Frugalooie is how he goes by on Ebay and is the name of his store. I recently purchased a set o Harley Davidson Boots for my wife and the heels fell completly apart within 2 hours of my wife wearing them for the first time. After sending pictures and and explanation to this Seller he had the audacity to claim that we purposely destroyed them or switched the boots. I explained to him how I had to purchase a new set of boots for her elsewhere on line and provided proof of the transaction he stuck to his same reply concerning the boots and what happened to them. He refused to refund me the money and so I want everyone to have a heads up when dealing with this individual on ebay and anywhere else he may be selling his products. Frugalooie is a fraud stay clear away from him and do not do any business with this establishment. You have been warned. They are out of Buford Georgia.

After looking at the photos again, they are not the ones I sent to him after these boots feel apart, which he claims must of "exploded". But I will post the pictures of the boots he sent me and after 2 hours of my wife wearing them.

First off if you research Harely Davidson boots you will find all the troubles and poor quality construction that Harley has no control of as they sub contract companies to make them. They are, as far as boots go, very poorly made depending who's making them. This person that is claiming I switched the boots of purposly destroyed them is full of it. He just does not want to refund the money for the defective product he sold me.
The pictures that he posted here are the exact ones I sent to him and are 100% the exact boots he sent me. He is lying through his teeth trying to wiggle out of his responsibilty to back up his product, which he does not and does not intend to. I will keep on telling my story because of principal. This person is nothing short of a liar and you will take your own chances with this store if you decide to buy from them. I have nothing to gain by bashing this store, but i was ripped off period.
I would not waste my time or energy to do this, for what purpose? He refuses to accept the truth and be sincere instead he prefers to be decietful and keep your money regarless. He started his rebuttal with a big lie, "Harley davidson boots do not deteriate for over 300 years", Do you believe Harley Davidson boots have been made that long, really? This is an example of what to expect from this seller. You have been warned.

The person that put this report on your website has in fact threatened and cursed in several messages to me.He and his wife have attempted to use intimidation and bully tactics to get me to agree to a refund.The fact is that the photos I have of the boots do NOT match the pictures of the boots that they sent me.
I certainly could not speculate on thier motivation.But the pictures posted on this site the soles of the boots are very worn,the side of the boot is scuffed and the heels are cut off.Harley pegs the heel and sole of thier boots for longlasting durability and saftey in the case of a crash,they are designed to protect the riders feet not as a fashion statement.
This is the reason riders purchase Harley made products..The motorcycle boots are less than 1 year old and are not dry rotted.I contacted harley davidson's manufacturer comsumer customer service and according to the Harely Davisdson manufacturer It would take More than 300 years to deteriate and then still would not fall apart but maybe would not provide full protection.
It is just impossable to believe that she was just walking in the boots and they fell apart.All this buyer proof is him and his wife saying I sold a bad product.I know for a fact these boot were bought 1 year ago at Frasier Harley davidson
This ebay buyer was not granted a refund even with filing a case on Ebay against me for a refund.Ebay ruled in my favor.He can bash me all he wants but Harley davidson riding boots do not fall apart they have to be purposely destoyed.
That ebay buyer goes by the name of al57king and is out of Cocoa Florida.If you sell on ebay you should BLOCK this buyer.
