I bought a microwave, panasonic NN-T655SF, serial#6A36110019, from Fry's electronic a few months ago, but I never open the box until now and it never work. That is, it does not warm or cook the food. I bought the microwave from Fry's Electronic, or the place, where I bought it, Fry's eletronic #7 10800 Kalama River Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, shipped from Panasonic North America, 1600 Central Lane, Roselle, IL 60172. However, I misplaced my receipt so they would not do anything, replace nor refund this product. I talked to *****, stirred and apathy look and say no, final word. After calling the 1-408-487-4500, and talking to *****, did not get a reply nor resolution. Then the store manager came out. He did some research on the product and said he would not do anything about it. I brought up about bringing a lawsuit to Fry's and he has no word for me!

Do something about it. Basically they sold me a "lemon" item. Did it ever say sale is final? No. I would like a replacement, fix it, refund, or voucher, because basically I got ripped off from Fry's Electronic!

Most retail stores have a limited time period for returns. Fry's polics is 30 days, by the information you provided this time has lapsed.

Malfunctions after this period are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Panasonic's warranty on this item is a one year limited warranty. Contact Panasonic for warranty service.

It is simply not feasible for any retailer to offer unlimited time for returns. Without opening and testing the microwave they would not have knowledge of a manufacturing defect,
