I have just had the worst customer service at Fry's in Concord CA. I went into the store to purchase a dvd for myself. I found a great box set of Betty Grable films for 59.99, after waiting in line for about 15 minutes I walked to the cashier, he scanned the product and then very rudely asked me Just where did I find the dvd----almost like asking me if i went into their back room and looked through their back stock. I told him it was on an endcap with 2 others. Then the SO-CALLED store manager came over and asked me the same question and I showed them where I had found it. She goes on to tell me that she could not sell it to me cause it had a street date of June 13, I responded with why was that my fault, I didnt put it out there. She would not offer to get any manager and she would not sell it to me. I told her that the stores whole attitude towards me was the reason why I dont shop at Frys. I will not return to that store again.........
