Frys.com Legitimate order postponed indefinitely San Jose CA

I ordered a hard drive on May 12, 2014. On May 14 I received an email from Frys.com stating that they did not know when the item would be shipped. (“We apologize but the item(s) you ordered are currently out of stock and we are unable to provide a definite ship date at this time.”) While I do not believe my credit card has been charged, my time has been wasted and I have entrusted them with my credit card number, and I am left in limbo without knowing whether I will ever receive the hard drive. Thank you.
