Complaint Review: FRYS ELECTRONICS

I purchased a pixie monitor march 17 2000 with $50.00 rebate never recieved.i purchased a gem 17" monitor to replaice pixie which quit working on march 26 2001 it had a rebate worth $75.00 which i have not recieved.I filled out rebates to the letter.I had FRAN at dallas n.w. store where purchased try to get rebates for me to no availIt took FRANS assistance to get rebate on e machine i purchased almost 14 months.I purchased goods because of rebates cut cost.FRYS ELECTRONICS can not look other way when we custamers dont recieve rebates.CUSTAMER SERVICE IS AS IMPORTANT AS ADVERTISEMENT STATEMENTS.I STILL EXPECT AND WANT MY REBATES.
