This is regarding the Sony Laptop Computer, Model #PCG-FXA48, purchased on 4-12-02 with a an additional contract for 3 years with Frys, Invoice #6602222, customer #1680462. On 3-3-04 Frys would not honor their contract to replace the keyboard letters on the Sony Computer at no charge under my Performance Guarantee Terms & Conditions contract. The contract with Sony is for only one year.

Frys quoted me $60 to replace all the keys with new ones. They should replace the keys at no charge. They stated I was at fault that the keys wore off, because of my finger oils.

Also, the mouse needs to replaced on the keyboard and they said it may be 6 to 8 weeks if they cannot fix it at their store. They would give me a temporary replacement. This means I would have to remove all the confidential information, before the computer would be sent to Sony.
