I had a credit card lapse 3 years ago, settled the tolls I missed and now I have been sued by these vultures for 1500 dollars. They hire attorneys and there is no way you can have an even chance if you go to court. The judgememt rate against those who fiight is 98 percent against. If you choose to appeal you have to put up what the thief judge tries to rob you of. He gets his cut from the law firm. This is a crooked county and they will stop at nothing to steal your money.
