Complaint Review: FTC

I need some advice. Ok I'm an employee at Florida Technical College. I'm so scared of working now like I almost had a heart attack last week. I had sexual intercourse with one of the managers and I have been rejected. I don't know how to handle this. If this was out of the work place obviously I could handle that but since we both still work I don't know what to do.. I need some help with this before I blow everything out in the open. I'm so scared of getting fired and a lawsuit on my hands.
