On 12/26/01 up hearing of the death of my dear aunt in Corning, Arkansas, I contacted an FTD Floweriest and ordered some roses sent to her home and wake. I followed this with the proviso that they must be delivered promptly before the relatives flew back to Florida. June's Flowerland (FTD Number 03-0353AA) in Corning, AR promised to do just that. I found out 3 weeks later that the flowers were not delivered. I called and unable to reach JUNE I got one of her employees who told me that June said: I'm not going to ear this! and promptly left the flowers out in the open to rot! In the meantime JUNE charged me $58 for flowers that were never delivered. I complained to FTD at 3113 Wood Creek Dr in Downers Grove, IL who said they would take care of the situation. It has been more than 6 weeks and nothing has been done to refund my money for the flowers left out to rot! I strongly recommend that you do not do business with these rip off artists!

I order flowers from them for THanksgiving and they were never delivered. My Mom was so dissappointed thinking I forgot her. See, it is a tradition that I send the center piece arrangement. After calling FTD 4 times trying to get some answers, and being forwarded from person to person with nobady helping me. I was told by a customer service agent to just give it up! CAn you believe that! I spoke to a manager who appologized and said my credit card would be credited the entire amount and a lovely arrangement would go out immediatly at no charge...GUESS WHAT - neither happened! I am still trying to get my money back, let alone any kind of compensation.

I WILL NEVER USE FTD AGAIN. And I will tell my story to whomever will listen, so that way I can save them the disater I am going through!
