FTD.COM Failed to Deliver- Won't Respond to Inquiries Internet

In early February, FTD.Com sent an impressive full color brochure in the mail to my home.  I've always had a favorable opinion of this company so I placed an order on 2/9 for flowers to be delivered on Valentines day to my wife's office.  My credit card was charged and I received an immediate confirmation of the order, verifying the correct address and delivery information.

Now there are two days of the year that Florists should be in high gear, let's call it prime time for them- those days are Valentines day and Mothers day.  Well, Valentines day arrives and guess what,  the morning passes and no flowers.  I start trying to call the customer service only to get a recording that they are not answering the phone due to the "holidays".  What?  Not answering the phone during your prime time?  Incredible.  The day passes and no flowers are delivered to my wife- who is both pissed and hurt that I would not send her flowers as I always do.  I spend another hour trying to reach anyone at the FTD office to no avail. 

Their offer was a complete ripoff and I would never use this website again.  I have no way to get a refund from them and have no idea what local florist they actually tried to use- so I'm out 75.00.  Lesson learned- don't use FTD.com!

Once I finally got through to an actual person, they apologized for the Valentine's day screw-up and offered a full refund.  They claimed that they didn't know their phone system had a recording stating that nobody was answering the phones.  I spent far too much time on this but at least I got my money back.
