FTD.com FTD.com did not deliver what was ordered on line Nationwide

I ordered flowers on line from FTD.com for my girlfriend's birthday. When she received them, she sent me a picture of them from her cell phone. I was in shock! I ordered the Precious Heart Bouquet and paid the upgraded price for the "exquisite" arrangement.

 The arrangement she received was nothing like what I ordered. I could have spent 20.00 and bought her a couple of cheap bouquets from the grocery store for what they delivered. I called customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor.  I was placed on hold and when the supervisor got on the phone she claimed she could not hear me.  I sent them an email the same day telling them that I am not satifsfied with the quality of their flowers and how I did not get what I ordered. I have not heard a word from them so I guess they are going to ignore me.  Now I am putting this on ripoffreport.com and I plan to post it all over the internet too on social web sites.

This is definitely a rip off if I ever saw one.  Imagine my shock when I thought I was sending a beautiful bouquet full of roses and paying a premium price for them and she gets this! This bouquet only has 5 roses and is mostly full of greenery!  I don't mind paying good money for good quality, but this was not the case at all.

I will never use FTD.com again.  

So if you are thinking of using them to order flowers for a special occasion, think twice!  They rip you off, don't give you what you order, and then act like they can't hear you on the phone when you ask to speak to someone in charge.  I even emailed customer service and have yet heard nothing from them.
