FTD; Florist Telegraph Delivery Fails to Deliver; Complete Nonexistence of Customer Service Downers Grove Illiois

Not only did FTD fail to deliver according to promise on Mother's Day, but

1. The customer service phone line said specifically that "due to holiday
volume" it would be impossible to connect to a representative (they didn't even suggest waiting).
2. The day after Mother's Day the same message was dished up.
3. The web-based "order confirmation service" did not work
4. When I finally got through to customer service via e-mail two days later
they falsely said that the order was delivered.
5. When asked them to provide information when and to whom the flowers were
delivered--they then sent another basket of flowers.

FTD (Forget the Delivery)-- no deliveries when promised; no customer service; no apologies, and definitely no refunds.
