FTD FTD fails to deliver and customer service doesn't care, is very rude Downers Grove, Illinois
Flowers ordered for Mother in nursing home, for Mother's Day, were not delivered Saturday even though I was sent a confirmation that the flowers were on their way. Monday: called FTD and spoke to very rude person who insisted it was FedEx's fault, even though my tracking info said UPS. He says I should always get flowers that come from a local florist and not trust FedEx, they lose them.
Rude FTD person argues and cuts me off, insisting to know what I want to do without giving me options. He finally suggests I order flowers from a local florist, through FTD, after I say waiting several more days is not a good option. And again rudely wants to know what flowers I want without me knowing the options or costs. Very aggressive salesperson, not a customer service person.
FTD ruins Mother's Day! And a few of my days afterwards. No wonder Groupon pulled the idea of using them for Valentine's following numerous complaints. I will never use them again myself after this latest experience.
