FTW AVIONICS WOULD NOT REFUND RETURN OF ADI FORT WORTH , Texas
We ordered a ADI from this company and it was the incorrect one. So Brent @ this company authorized return for recert. We returned for recert and they will no refund cost. Owner Bierman will also not refund minus recert fee, also left numerous messages for him never getting a response. He is saying they received it in as the core for the one we ordered, but we all know that cores are tracked by serial numbers and they received the same serial number back they sent to us so how can that be the core. They are full of it. Don't order from these people.
