Carl Fuccello of Carl Fuccello Homes LLC makes a living by buying homes from estates, old people and through normal means then conducts a bunch of half baked repairs and or renovations then resells the property. He always over promises and under delivers. In my case he allowed me to lay out thousands of dollars of my own money to purchase material in order for his tradsmen could complete the property i was buying from him on time for closing. He swore he would pay me back after closing however that never happen.
Everytime I called him he would have a tale of financial hardship. He would alos buy time buy telling me that once he sold one of his investment properties he would have the money to give me. When the property sold he would tell me that he took a loss, that he in fact had to bring money to the closing in order to complete the sale. I have been trying to get what he owes me for nearly two years. This man has no problem talking to you like he is your best friend, very personable I must admit however he is a pathological liar and nothing more than a common thief.

Dude said he would pay for the septic system after we told him we didn't want the house if it needed a new septic system and we couldn't afford to replace it. After septic system installed, he went back on his word and said to paraphrase "pay me for the new septic system of I'll sell the house to someone else" Dude, paid 60k for the house and sold it to us for 160k. Carl also offered free bathroom fixtures, etc, etc and one the house was sold, we never heard from him again.
Carl made good.

Its appears that I may have been a bit hasty in my complaint of Carl Fuccello. Within a short period of time following my initial report CF contacted me at which time we discussed or differances and came to a solution. He was exceptionally understanding and willing to correct all the issues that were troubling me. He also made good on monetary issues which were a result of a honest break down in communications between us both. CF has made everything right.
Ripoff Repot please do not take this down. This is a fair and honest summation of the event.

After posting the inital report the above mentioned contractor (Fuccello) contacted me and express great concern and apologized for not responding sooner. After a long conversation with the contractor I realized that I had in fact over reacted and was unfair to him by not first speaking to him about my concerns. The contractor was more than willing to make everything right from the begining if I had spoken to him first before going on a baseless rant.
The property I purchased from him is without a doubt my favorite home and I've owned five others. In my opinion the contractor is a fundamentally honest and decent person who wants to do the most he can for his clients but sometimes over promises. I've learned that he over promises not to be deceptive but rather to make his customers happy. Everone of my concerns have been addressed and corrected above and beyond my expectation.
