Complaint Review: Fuel rewards network

Fuel Rewards lost at the pump due to interuption of pumping gas or having a tank that is too small to handle all 20 gallons at one time. IF the customer service department at FRN can see how much I used why cant I recive a refund of my rewards points for the balance I recently Lost approximately .98 Cents in points because the pump reset. I personally know many people who wont participate in this program because their gas tanks are too small and they will loose half their points.
