I had not completed the trail because it took 16 days for me to get the original trial order. They refused to remove the charges. They do not send all of the product or a invoice or information to return the product if it does not work for you.This is a total scam, do not buy from them/ Miami Florida

They charge you before you even get to try the product claiming it is the cost of the FREE SAMPLE that you are supposed to try and if you go one day over they charge you without your approval. The order was place on September 8th supposedly shiipped on September 9th via the PO and was not delivered until September 16th and billed my account on September 22nd. I called when I saw the charge added to my account and cancelled any future product and asked to remove the charge for the samples and they refused to do that but did cancell future orders. I explained the time frame but they did not care saying I had to send back the unused product when I asked for info how to do that they said it was in the package with the order which is was not and could not give me the info to do so and again said they would not remove the charge because I did not cancel the order soon enough. This is a compete scam do not buy this product on line or order the so called FREE SAMPLES because they are not FREE. Lastley the products do not work!
