The whole problem is I didn't like the T 900. It's very thick, heavy and sizable ( than what's posted in their website) and than any laptop that I've ever had in the past. I wanted to exchange it with the smaller 12 inches version T4410, or to get a refund. I've paid 3000$ in this computer and I can't get a new computer with that price that I'm not satisfied with. 


I've been contacting the customer service at Fujitsu as well as the sales deprartment since I received my T 900 laptop 2 weeks ago, with no response till now, other than promises to escalate it to supervisors, and "contact me back" and nobody ever came back to me. Some gave me phone numbers and names to call that I couldn't reach, and one suggested to contact headquarters in NJ, which I did, they told me we are a different company, we don't have anything to do with laptops ??
