Fulfillment Center - Hoodiburst - Hoodiawater On November 7, 2008, a package from Fulfillment Center was mailed to my address. In the package was a free bottle that I ordered for weight loss. There were also two items I did not order: Largo Florida

Order #1516468 was mailed to me on Nov. 7, 2008 from Fulfillment Center, 12399 Belcher Road, Ste. 140, Largo, FL 33773-3099. It contained a bottle I ordered for a free sample for weight loss and two other items I did not order:
1 package of Hoodiburst Gum(12 pieces) priced at $9.95 and 1 bottle of Hoodiawater priced at $24.95 plus shipping and the cost came to about $45.00. I called 1-888-692-8352 for a week, morning noon and night, and was always put on hold, sometimes for an hour. I was never able to get through. So I went online and sent several e-mails to Hoodiawater.com and Hoodiburst.com and never heard back from them. When I went on Fulfillment Center.com, all they did was take my complaint and that was the end of it. So now I have two items I did not order and I cannot afford to pay $45.00 for items I will not use and did not order in the first place.

The worst part of all of this though is that my credit card identity was stolen and someone in Australia used my credit card number. Fortunately, my credit card company caught this and called me right away and cancelled my card. The credit card company said they would investigate this matter and get back to me and I will then have proof that Fulfillment Center stole my credit card identity. I have ordered a lot of items online and never had this problem before. This was obviously a scam and I want something to be done about this company so no one else has the same problems I have.

POMCLEAR REFUND

On 12/4/08 I emailed Pomclear for a refund of Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiawater. They replied that they do not sell these two items so they cannot give me a refund. However, the name POMCLEAR appeared on my credit card statement. I have e-mailed Hoodiburst and Hoodiawater for refunds but did not get any answer from them. I called the number that was given to me when I received these items and could never get through. I called the other day and now there is always a busy signal. WHAT A SCAM!

Now I am out $45.00 for these two items and if I don't pay, late charges will apply and my credit score will drop.

Pomclear Refund Request

Today, 12/3/2008, I e-mailed:

Pomclear in Arizona at

customerservice@quick2you.com

asking for a a refund, explaining how the information I had (phone numbers, e-mail sites) never could be reached and I didn't know Pomclear even existed until I received my credit card statement (what a scam).

So now I am waiting to see what their answer will be.

I received my credit card statement yesterday and instead of Fulfillment Center in Largo, Florida the company name is Pomclear in Arizona (no city given). So I am going to investigate Pomclear and let you know what I find.
