On January 9, 2013 I hired Full Count Eviction Service to serve my brother with an eviction notice. Without getting into detail about the situation with my brother, who has currently cost me over $100,000.00, I hired Full Count Eviction Services to process the eviction and serve my brother. I needed my brother to move out of a mobile home I legally own and he is the registered owner on. So on January 9, 2013 I hired FCES. On January 11, 2013 they (2 people, 2 different phone calls) claimed they had served my brother the day before which was January 10, 2013. I needed my brother to sign off his name as registered owner on the title to the mobile home. I planned to drive down to Fontana, where he is still residing in the mobile home I own, and have him sign the title. That same day I received confirmation from 2 people at FCES. One left me a voicemail stating that my brother had already been served on the 10th and the other was a verbal confirmation over the phone after I spent 25 minutes on hold listening to the same song play over and over again. So, I drove down to Fontana, had my brother sign over the title and then mentioned the serving of the eviction notice. He stated that was not served with an eviction. I told him that I had to serve him because I needed to make sure he would be out. It is costing me money each day that he is not out of the mobile home. He asked what he needed to do when he was served with the papers and I told him to take them. If he was getting out within the next few weeks I would help him financially however if he didn't then the eviction was my confirmation that he would have a deadline to get out as it is costing me money each day. On Saturday, January 12, 2013, my brother called to tell me that they had found a place and had applied for the apartment. He then stated, "Just so you know, I still haven't received an papers." I went home and checked the paperwork from FCES, to confirm that I had the address correct. I had the address correct. I then called FCES to see why they would state that my brother was served when he was not. As I waited on hold, listening to the same song play over and over again for at least 25 minutes on one phone and again for about 12 minutes on another phone, I was suddenly sent to leave a message on one of the phones. So I left a message telling them that I no longer wanted their services, they were not truthfull with me and also mentioned the fact that I had to wait so long to even be connected to leave a message. I then proceeded to call my credit card company because my instinct told me that something was very wrong with this situation. As I was doing this I also began to search the company and find reviews on their services. That's when I found complaints on yelp.co as well as ripoffreport.com. When I got in touch with my credit card company, I was sent to the dispute department who accepted my case, pulled back my funds and blocked FCES from charging my credit card with more charges, this was my main concern at the time. My credit card company also looked them up on the Better Business Bureau site and found two other similar complaints. On Monday, January 14, 2013, "Bob", with no last name, from FCES called from a blocked number and within the first 30 seconds told me they received my message from Saturday and then proceeded to tell me that I was confused. That was where I lost it. Clearly "Bob" thinks that I am someone who won't go the extra mile to see liars, cheaters and thieves put in their place. This is such a scam. "Bob" is the one who left the voicemail on my cell, which I still have, stating that they had served my brother on the 10th, (in his words..."yesterday"... since he was calling me on the 11th, Friday. The problem these jokers have with me is, I spoke to my tenant. They don't expect that. They expect to lead a person on until they receive their funds and then they just figure you'll be pissed but that's as far as it will go. My first instinct was when they claimed they had served my brother within 24 hours of my hiring them. I thought, wow, your contract says I have 24 hours to cancel the service and I didn't hire them until late in the day on the 9th. I let that escape me. When I learned on Friday evening that they had not served the tenant and then again on Saturday, I knew right away that something was wrong. When I could not get anyone on the line from a phone number they knew, I immediately called my credit card company. My credit card company called the same number which kept me on hold and they got an answer. Once FCES heard what they wanted to inquire about, they immediately cut the credit card company off telling them that they would have to call back at another time. I truly believe that once they have your number they have the ability to screen their calls and won't answer unless it's a number they don't know. I don't know this for a fact however, it's up to them to prove me wrong. This company needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. This company needs to be reported to google.co, yelp.co and any other site such as ripoffreport.com. If you don't take the time to report this company then they will continue to rip people off. I am planning to report them to every site I can as well as "alert the media". I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau at http://www.bbb.org as well as yelp and this site. I am getting ready to report them to google.com. If you report them to google.com, they will stop this company from advertising. Also, this company has another web site with the same phone numbers and addresses. It is http://www.fullcountservices.com. Again, if you are reading this and you have had issues with this company/rip off service please be sure to report them to the Better Business Bureau. If you need my input in order to file a claim against them, let me know, my intent is to put these jokers out of business. This country is filled with scammers and liars and people who have no integrity and take no responsibility for their actions. It is hard to put these people/companies in their place but I am on a mission. I refuse to allow Full Count Eviction Services to continue to get away with their scam. Geez, yelp has about 7 reviews. All of them give a negative review except for one, the one is still in the process. Wait until they realize they are being scammed as well.
