Complaint Review: FULL CIRCLE RENOVATIONS

I received a quote from a Mr. Blake Ricks for full circle renovations on December 8th, 2023 after seeing his very impressive website. it was for a new roof, replace the facia, and kitchen appliances installed for a total of eleven thousand. his quote stated that he could start the following Monday the 11th of Dec. eight weeks later he still hadn't finished. the last time i saw him was Jan 27th, when he stated "he didn't have enough for top raman to eat. I stupidly cash-apped him an additional 500 which brought him to a total of 10,500. I never saw him again. because my house was left unprotected for weeks, (he worked on average 3 days per week for 4 or 5 hours.) with heavy rains, he caused major water damage to my ceiling, including four rooms where the ceiling caved in. he never took responsibility for anything, it was always his worker's fault or the suppliers etc. he left all the trash in my yard for eight weeks, he left the construction debris in the house. I had to pay someone else to redo   and finish his work,  as well as clean up and haul away all the trash and shingles etc. I still have to pay a painter to paint my ceiling in the whole house, because all but one room has water stains. I would not wish my worst enemy to go thru what I have gone thru.
