I also tried this service and totally regretted it!    We paid full service of $600+ of 3 day quit, and unlawful detainer. using processing services.   All services were slow 8 days after paying for services and required  many reminders to get the process    flowing.   After the unlawful detainer was submitted and the tenant did not respond within 5 days, I had a chance to win the case easily.    Full Count Eviction Service failed to process the required forms to the court  allowing the tenant to respond  8 days later to force the case to trail.   My wife and I,  every day after the " 5 days fail to respond" requirement for the tenant,  we pleaded "Full Count Eviction Service"  to return the required "request for entry of default" and "Writ of possession " allowing us to win the case easily without trial.   The Full Count Eviction Service  failed to produce the required forms until 5 additional days (10 days) after  the only required 5 days.   Once we finally received the form from Full Count Eviction Service,  the tenant had then responded  4 days ( 9 days)  after their required  5 day deadline and beat use to respond, forcing us to go trial.

We also found out that "Full Count Eviction Service" processes forms to the court via snail mail promoting  a slow process and a high probability to allow the tenant to beat you to respond.   All "Full Count Eviction Service" had to say was that  " it happens" and followed up with an option to speed more money  to have their recommended lawyer's  to represent in the trial they forced upon you!

Noting but a SCAM with poor services at every turn!!  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE>>
