Complaint Review: Full Moon Flooring Services owned by SANTIAGO

Full Moon Flooring Company (Aurora, IL) is unreliable, untrusrworthy and a big scam. This company is owned by Santiago. Work quality is horrible and amateurish. Work references are fake and his own people. Never on time. He was always always late, unapologetic and left work at my place half done and never communicated or responded as he got a bigger project somewhere else. For my neighbour, Santiago never showed up to start work on date he promised as he got other work elsewhere. Santiago is a typical scammer and rip off artist as he convinces he can get the job done to get your project and then makes you suffer with his unprofessionalism and low quality work. Full Moon Flooring company is very unprofessional, unresponsive and a total scam. There are complaints about this company even listed in BBB website. Wondering if this company is even licensed or bonded. This company should be legally sued; planning to get this process started with my attorney soon.
