Full Sail is a rip off scam that advertises heavily to get you in and once they have you they farm you through and bill the heck out of you (they call themselves an accredited  university but it is my understanding that you cannot teach outside the state of Florida with one of their degrees.) They never stop calling during the orientation sessions but if you have a problem or need help later it is nearly impossible to find anyone. I do not understand why they have a good Better Business Bureau rating.

I signed up for an expensive animation program and was never told any details about their billing system prior to withdrawing.
I paid a whopping amount for the first course and the computer and materials because classes were starting in barely a week and I wanted to get started because tuition was increasing the following year. I asked them where my financial aid award was and I never got a clear response from anyone in the financial aid office, they either stonewalled me or told me it was already used up, and there was no response from the head of that department

I took one class and withdrew because I was dissatisfied with the quality of the program and lack of help from the instructors and I was really beginning to distrust the financial aid office. I started emailing them to get the paperwork through two weeks before the end of the month and no one answered my emails. By the time I received a response it was already after Christmas and another box of supplies was sent. It is my belief now that they were stalling.

I then called the Federal Student Aid office who told me my financial aid had never been used or accessed. And they told me to get an itemized list of all the classes and charges.

The billing department at the school was defensive and refused to give me such a list or help. They then passed the buck to the "withdrawal department" where there was no answer and they never responded to my messages. I continue to call and email with no results.

Do not buy in to the Full Sail Scam!
