When dealing with these people, be careful! Ask to see original documents from every employee working in your Hotel. Check the authenticity of such documents with U.S.Immigration.

This rebuttal is in response to the report posted by an anonymous person on June 28, 2005.
It is our opinion that the incorrect information posted on your website is provided by a disgruntled ex-employee who was terminated by us for just cause.
The Service Companies (SSC and FSS) has been in business since 1987.
Every person working for us is considered an employee and paid in accordance with federal wage and hour laws. We do not subcontract. We maintain a complete employment file on every employee including a valid I-9 form, W-4 and all other required documents. For the casino industry and some of our hotels, as required, we conduct background checks and drug testing. We maintain an individual file on each employee and we do everything the federal government requires us to do. The company has always complied with all local, state and federal laws. ADP is our payroll processor.
