Complaint Review: Full Spectrum Lending

Full Spectrum Lending contacted us to run an ad in our newspaper for 8 weeks. After four weeks, we received a letter from their credit card company saying that they were disputing the charge on their credit card and that the credit card company would refund the customer in full unless we had a signature verifying the charges. This advertising agreement was done over the telephone, so we did not have a signature. This company received 4 weeks of free advertising because of this fradulent activity.
