July 22,2013 I purchased an ignition cdi unit for my yamaha waverunner from Full Throttle Powersports in Dickinson Texas via internet. I received the wrong part on August 10, 2013.

I called Full Throttle on the telephone and they instructed me to ship the part back to them for a "full refund" once they realized they sent me the wrong part for my wr500. I shipped the part back to them August 12,2013.

After waiting 10days (August 22, 2013) I called Full Throttle again  they said they received the part back and I would receive a refund check shortly. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing from them. I called again and they said they were in the middle of a location move and my refund just "got lost in the shuffle". I waited a week and tried to call them and no answer on the phone. 

I repeatedly tried to call them but no one answers the phone and now Dec 2013 the phone is no longer in service. This merchant is nothing more than a thief. I have lost $139.00 I am filing this claim so no one else has this problem with Full Throttle Powersports.
