Complaint Review: Fullfilment

This comapny, like others have stated has bad business practices.
I also signed up for the free trial and I did look for any catches and did not see anything that told me I was signing up for a monthly delivery if I didn't cancel. What I was fortunate enough for was calling my bank and having the charge reversed and the account they drew from canceled. I do have to return the package which is fine with me, that will be done before the end of business today.
Although it will be an inconvience, it will be much better then having $89.31 withdrawn every month for a product I did not knowingly choose to use long term.
Contacting the company is next to impossible, I feel like an idiot for even falling for and purchasing this product, it was only because it was had Oprah's name connected that I was even interested.
