I signed up for fullreleases.com the fee was suppose to be 4.95. I did this on a Friday. Today is Tuesday and I check my checking account and there is an additional fee of $29.95. I called customer service and they told me that was the terms and that I signed up for a 3 day trial and the $29.95 was the fee after the trial. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do it. But they could stop the charges from reoccuring. I told her to do that but I wanted a refund. She said she could not do that. I told her I would contact my bank. They told me that they would have to talk to my husband since he is the one that charged it.

Well anyway I called back the billingsvc.com people. It said that I would have to wait approximately 5 minutes then a voicemail came on and said to leave a message and they would call me back. Well I left several messages. No call back. I finally got tired of getting voicemail so I decided to dial *67 to block my phone number and what do you know I finally get a hold of someone. She then told me that she could refund me the $29.95 fee. But I had to read an email on how to get the refund. They sent me a vague email. I replied to it and requested a refund. She also told me that it will take 1-2 weeks to get it refunded. I also told her I contacted the bbb and she said do what you have to do... and I did.
So DO NOT waste your money on this website!!!
