Complaint Review: Fullreleases.com

I paid 4.95 for a three day pass to fullreleases.com for unlimited downloads such as games, movies, etc. One hour in and I realized it was a scam, so I tried to contact the billing companies 800 number, and was prompted to leave a message. I did, in fact left several of messages that were never returned. I contacted the webmaster and left several emails to delete my profile, but they never responded. Three days later I was charged 29.82 for a full 30 day membership. I contacted my bank and opened a file on the charges for 4.95 and 29.82. So far nothing has been resolved, and as far as I know I will be billed again next month if not before then! I can't believe I fell for this, it's never happened before and it will never happen again!
